As an independent, at scale provider of comprehensive in-home assessments across the U.S, Matrix Medical Network (Matrix) cares for Medicare Advantage, Managed Medicaid, and ACA/Commercial members where they're most comfortable: in their homes and via virtual visits. The care we deliver is guided by what is most impactful for each patient, complementing other care touch points within the healthcare ecosystem. Through education, preventative recommendations and connections to community services, we advocate for patients, meeting people where they are in their personal health and care journeys and empowering them to live healthier lives. Qualifications

The Ideal Candidate

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and ability required. To be a good fit for this opportunity, you will also have:

  • Bachelor of Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus
    • Proven experience as a CISO or similar leadership role
    • Experience defining HITRUST scope, implementing a HITRUST certification program, and maintaining HITRUST certification
    • Ability to be a hands-on leader, leverage automation, and manage a small team and an outsourced IT service partner
  • Proven leadership experience within a dynamic organization of 1,000+ Familiarity with consumer-facing tech products is also an advantage
  • Knowledge of current technological trends to build strategy including a strong grasp on the technology of tomorrow
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong organizational, project management skills and stakeholder skills
  • Ability to stay current with Cybersecurity industry trends and emerging technologies including the ability to apply technology and automation to cybersecurity risk management
  • Experience communicating cybersecurity risk management metrics to senior executives and board members
  • Network design, security management and security audit
  • High level of integrity and ethical standards
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to facilitate data-driven decision-making, with a proven track record of iteration and experimentation

Type: Full Time Salaried

Compensation: $151,600 - $227,400 30% bonus

Location: Fully Remote, must be in the United States (Company Headquarters are in Scottsdale AZ)

Role Overview

 

The VP, Infrastructure and Information Security is a crucial leadership position responsible for safeguarding the organization's information assets and ensuring the robust operation of its IT infrastructure. Given that Matrix is in a growth and transformation mode, we will look to you to analyze our bench strength and determine any decisions needed to build out the highest performing team possible.

This role combines strategic vision, technical expertise and leadership skills to protect the organization against security threats while maintaining the integrity, availability and performance of IT systems and platforms and  requires an experienced cybersecurity leader who also has experience leading infrastructure and vendor management.
