Production Operations Data Analyst (Remote)

Qualifications

Must Haves

 

  • Bachelor's degree required. 
  • 3 years progressive experience in database or technical development related to production planning/forecasting, capacity management, material control of scheduling function in a field service environment or similar equivalent
  • Strong financial/analytical skills, with an aptitude for understanding business environment and translating business requirements to technical solutions.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, (including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Must possess an advanced technical background, with Tableau, MS SQL, and other reporting or analytic software tools. Other statistical software knowledge a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience and advanced proficiency of Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), ability to work across departmental lines and be an active participant in cross functional teams.
  • Advanced ability in math and computer skills
  • Must possess the ability to handle multiple assignments and meet established deadlines,
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with high attention to detail, as well as perform duties under minimal supervision is a must.

Responsibilities

About the Position:

Location: Remote or Matrix Medical Network Corporate Office 9201 E Mountain View Road, Suite 220, Scottsdale, AZ 85258

Hours: Days and Occasional Weekends 

Salary Range: 60,000 to 80,000 a year

What to Expect:

The Production Operations Data Analyst reports directly to the Director, Planning & Business Operations and is responsible for maintenance of client membership, targeting, and outreach settings and configurations; as well as analysis and reporting to support business targets and objectives.  This position will be responsible for supporting the overall data structure and content for the Planning & Business Operations department. 

Production Operations Data Analyst role requires a technically capable, hands-on individual working in the membership data used to plan the operations of the business.  This position requires progressive experience and responsibilities in a technical environment, as well as solid understanding of production and logistical processes and strong analytical skills.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Maintain membership and operational tools that can be used across the department.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to determine client targeting requirements and implement them effectively
  • Ensure that all required membership settings and intervals are set upon membership delivery
  • Produce thoughtful analysis on membership data, providing insights and making recommendations for effective outreach strategy
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and provide recommendations for improvements
  • Support Member Engagement Outreach initiatives – Physical Mail, Email, Dialing Campaigns.
  • Must be able to identify any potential membership and data challenges that may derail production schedules and work with the team to immediately drive action to find solutions
  • Generate membership and production Ad hoc reports for internal and external stake holders
  • Automate reporting and tracking tools using SQL and Tableau.
  • Gives work direction, resolves problems, prepares schedules, and sets deadlines to ensure timely delivery of work 
  • Assumes and performs other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
