Marketing Communications Analyst - Remote Work From Home Opportunity - Regular Shift - Full Time Salaried - Social Medial Management -  Event Management - Branding

Type: Full Time Salaried

Compensation: $58,400 to $84,700 a year

Location: Fully Remote, must be in the United States

Hours: Full Time Days

What to Expect:

The Marketing Communications Analyst is a key member of the Marketing and Communications team and will support the execution of external and internal strategies and tactics. This role is a critical ambassador of the Matrix brand internally and externally and will implement projects to support the current positioning and elevate the brand within the industry. Primary duties include researching, developing and implementing marketing and communications projects, managing social media, producing materials, coordinating events and assisting with creation and distribution of communications.

 

  • Internal and external communications support: Includes coordinating and implementing marketing communications projects. Creating consistent themes, messaging, and branding in all communication touch points. Tracking projects and preparing status reports for stakeholders and liaisoning with internal and external teams. Working in and maintaining CRM, email and SMS distribution platforms, external Wordpress website and internal intranet.
  • Social media content and monitoring: Includes creating and administering content on social media platforms to grow audiences and build brand awareness. Designing and writing high-quality social media posts that consistently align with established branding, best practices, trends and strategies. Tracking and analyzing metrics to gain insights on traffic, demographics and effectiveness.
  • Graphic design support and production: Includes developing and creating a wide range of collateral, social posts, reports, signage, etc. to support the marketing and communications strategy, as well as materials to support other internal teams. Sourcing and developing photos, content and other visual/written tools.
  • Conference/event planning and coordination: Includes planning and execution of conferences, trade shows and special events to showcase the Matrix brand and amplify messaging. Researching and organizing opportunities at selected conferences. Coordinating all event details such as participant registration, securing logistics, room/venue reservations, catering, technology needs, communication of dates and schedules, materials shipping and setup. Creating and overseeing related budgets and KPIs and developing recaps of events for leadership.
