Financial Analyst -Nashville, TN -Hybrid work from home opportunity - regular shift - salaried



Responsibilities

About the role:

  

Type: Full Time Salaried

Compensation: $62,800 to $94,200 a year

Location: Hybrid in Nashville TN (several days a month in office depending on business need)

Hours: Full Time Days

What to Expect:

The Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting multiple leaders to provide financial insights for decision making. This is a visible role within the organization and contributes to the company's growth by overseeing both divisional finance deliverables for assigned business units.  

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures that reports, filings and documentation complies with company's regulations, professional standards, and GAAP reporting guidelines.
  • With some oversight, build trusted partnerships with executive and senior leadership to understand financial goals, business performance, identify key drivers, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Use ROI Analysis to evaluate investment opportunities, assess the profitability of an investment in detail, and compare different investments.
  • Prepare and present well structured financial business cases that provide decision-makers with the necessary information to assess whether or not to proceed with a particular course of action.
  • Collaborate with finance team leadership to align business unit objectives with overall company financial strategies.
  • Prepare professional, on-brand, accurate presentation decks for executive leadership and Board of Directors.
  • Develop value-added analyses to improve current processes from both an operational and strategic viewpoint.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses as needed to support operational decision making.
  • Work with external auditors, as needed, to provide requested information.
