Type: Full Time Salaried

Compensation: $161,600 to $227,000 a year

Location: Remote

Hours: Full Time Days

What to Expect:

 

The Director of Enterprise Systems & Integrations is a strategic and technical leadership role responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of enterprise-wide technology systems that support key business functions. This role serves as a strong technical business owner and collaborator who partners with stakeholders across departments to deliver systems and integrations that are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business goals.

The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in enterprise system implementations, cross-functional collaboration, and technology program leadership. They will lead system strategy development, manage complex integrations, drive project execution, and serve as a technical lead throughout the full system lifecycle—from discovery through implementation and change management.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Strategic Planning & Technology Roadmap

  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define and execute a comprehensive enterprise systems strategy and roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
  • Translate business objectives into scalable, integrated technology solutions and systems architecture.

Enterprise Systems Ownership & Execution

  • Act as the technical business owner for key enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, HCM, CRM), overseeing the performance, roadmap, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead and project manage end-to-end system implementations and enhancements, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with user needs.
  • Conduct regular system reviews to evaluate functionality, performance, and opportunities for optimization.

Integrations & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Support and collaborate with the enterprise integrations team to deliver seamless and secure system integrations.
  • Leverage past experience managing integrations to guide cross-platform data flow and interoperability.

Project Management & Delivery

  • Manage project timelines, resources, risks, and communications for systems-related initiatives.
  • Track and report on project progress, risks, and outcomes to ensure leadership visibility and alignment.
  • Use tools and frameworks to manage deliverables and maintain accountability across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Apply Agile project management methodologies to support iterative planning, stakeholder collaboration, and adaptive delivery across enterprise systems projects.

Technical Leadership & Solution Design

  • Lead and facilitate discovery sessions with business and technical teams to gather requirements and document system needs.
  • Capture technical designs, workflows, and integration points to guide development and configuration.
  • Support system testing (UAT, QA) and lead troubleshooting efforts during implementations and upgrades.

Change Management & Adoption

  • Participate in the development and execution of change management plans, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Drive user adoption by ensuring systems are intuitive, well-supported, and aligned with business processes.

Qualifications

Must Haves: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise systems leadership, business systems analysis, or IT project management.
  • Demonstrated success leading full lifecycle enterprise system implementations and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and integration frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid approaches).
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, HR, and Operations.
