Overview

The Employee Digital Experience team is looking for a Technical Program Manager II to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The Employee Digital Experience team is responsible for supporting technologies used by employees, including Microsoft, CITRIX, Desktop, Voice, Mobile, Multimedia, and Office Moves. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial proactive mindset. We are looking for an agile and resilient Technical Program Manager to lead complex projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The Technical Program Manager will be responsible for driving internal or cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless project execution, and delivering results under changing circumstances. Role & Responsibilities

As a Technical Program Manager Analyst II at Mastercard, you are expected to perform the following responsibilities:



Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of projects for the Office Moves & Expansions and Multimedia teams using tailored project management approaches.

Oversee the end-to-end delivery of engineering tasks by monitoring progress, managing dependencies, and removing blockers.

Partner closely with internal stakeholders and communicate project status updates.

Work with global cross-functional teams across time zones.

Work in partnership with engineering managers to secure resources, define project scope, set priorities, and establish milestones.

The ideal candidate should be proficient and precise in both written and verbal communication. This entails the ability to explain technical issues succinctly and clearly.

Demonstrate strong critical thinking skills to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.

Present data in a clear and compelling manner to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in business or systems management.

3 years of project management experience leading infrastructure and/or multimedia projects within a technology organization.

Ability to work independently identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies.

Ability to perform multiple tasks with multiple projects in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.

Experience managing internal stakeholders.

Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Project management certifications such as CAPM, PMP, Scrum is a plus but not required.

Experience with Tableau, Domo, Power BI or other comparable business intelligence tools is a plus, but not required.

Knowledge of Project Management tools, such as Rally, Jira, Planner, Monday, AHA.

Ability to communicate effectively in English, and local office language (if applicable).

Ability to work European hours approximately 20-30% as needed.
