Sr Analyst, Global Marketing ABOUT US:
Mastercard has quickly become a leading technology company offering services that power the world of payments and beyond. As a part of Mastercard's Integrated Marketing and Communication organization, the Global Marketing team for Commercial & New Payment Flows is accountable for end-to-end B2B & product marketing. This includes leveraging customer, market and business insights and market knowledge to help identify, test and refine product messaging; developing sales enablement and B2B2B tools; and developing, executing and scaling marketing plans globally. The Senior Analyst, Global Marketing works to create marketing solutions, leverage Mastercard's assets and marketing platforms, and deliver a consistent and differentiated corporate and stakeholder experience.

We are looking for a top performer with entrepreneurial spirit and ambition to play a key role in driving the growth of our Corporate Solutions business. The candidate should be excited to work with exceptional colleagues around the globe to accelerate awareness and product sales.

Role
• Develop marketing strategies and assets to fuel go to market plans for a range of solutions for the Large Commercial segment
• Determine the right tactics for each marketing challenge, including content marketing, sales enablement materials, branding guides, infographics, case studies, digital marketing, etc.
• Develop marketing assets around value propositions to ensure Mastercard teams have engaging, robust and well-thought-out narratives and sales enablement materials.
• Partner closely with the Global Corporate Solutions Product and Business Development teams, as well as build a strong working relationship with Global Communications
• Support the efforts of the Regional B2B & Product Marketing leads to drive scale in market while driving consistency of positioning and messaging, balanced with local relevance. Capture learnings and success stories to inform the development of global best practices
• Ensure all content and creative execution lines up with Mastercard brand standards

About You
• 3+ years of work experience, either in B2B and product marketing or product management
• Experience in translating complex product and/or technical information into clear customer narratives
• Influencer skills for a cross-matrixed organization with sensitivity to target audience and partners
• Passion for the Customer and user experience
• Sensitivity for multi-cultural, diverse background
• Proven ability to build collaborative working relationships with stakeholders at the global/regional or local level
• Ability to manage multiple projects, manage creative resources
• Strategic mindset with ability to make quick decisions in challenging, ambiguous situations
• Motivated self-driver, able to manage complex/multi-geography projects with a discipline for priority-setting and follow-through.
• Demonstrated curiosity, agility and rapid learning on new competitors, technologies, and products
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Preferred: Expertise in payment industry, merchant or acquirer, payment facilitator, fintech companies, and developers. Familiarity with healthcare industry or B2B software a plus. In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
