Specialist, Marketing OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic junior level marketer to join our team. This position is ideal for a creative individual with a passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. You will work with talents from multi-function team cross market, play a key role in supporting our marketing initiatives and campaigns, while developing essential skills to advance your career.
As a Marketing Specialist, you will support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and merchant channels. You'll help implement brand and sponsorship programs, track campaign performance, and contribute to initiatives that drive business growth and strengthen brand preference. This role involves close collaboration with Core Products, Sales, D&S, and Acceptance teams to identify growth opportunities, activate sponsorship assets, and co-develop tailored marketing programs that resonate with both customers and cardholders.
Role:
• The role will support and execute our brand marketing, PR communication, sponsorship and merchant marketing programs.
• The role will be responsible for creating rich and engaging content that drives business and brand preference across various channels and platforms.
• Integrate local marketing and communication efforts with regional and global priorities.
• Working with cross-functional teams, such as Core Product, Sales and other functions, to identify growth opportunities, implement sponsorship assets and develop customized co-marketing programs.
• Designing compelling and differentiated content that leverages all available assets that matter to our customers and cardholders.
• Supervise external agencies and vendors from planning, execution to post monitoring of creative production, media buy, digital/social communications, and PR, ensuring all marketing and communication programs meet target marketing KPIs.
To be successful in this role, the person should have the following qualifications:
All About You:
• 4-5+ years' working experience in the advertising agencies, experience in the payment industry or fintech companies is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required, MBA a plus.
• Preferred: Expertise in the payment industry, merchant or acquirer, payment facilitator, fintech companies, superapps and developers.
• Strong understanding of TW digital and social media landscape.
• Good knowledge and intelligence of the TW market (market/industry/consumers).
• Good track record and achievements in developing and delivering marketing programs.
• Good business acumen, with the demonstrated ability to think strategically and independently, and translate strategies into strong execution and implementation.
• Forward-thinking with records of delivering creative approaches to resolving business problems.
• Good in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good in leading and managing agencies to deliver quality outcome.
• Good in interacting and managing a matrix organization/relationship/partnership at all levels.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin is essential.
• Skilled in creating high-quality, visually appealing PowerPoint presentations to effectively present strategies and outcomes.
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to details.
Preferred:
• Familiarity with the payment's ecosystem, including merchants, acquirers, fintech, super-apps, and developers.
• Experience working in the payment or fintech industry.
