Title and Summary
Software Engineer II OverviewPrepaid Management Services is the division of MasterCard that concentrates on Prepaid Solutions such as our Multi-Currency CashPassport product. Traditionally focused on the Travel sector this business unit is driving forward Prepaid throughout the world with innovative and leading solutions that we integrate with Global brands. This role is within the Global Technology Services (GTS) team which is part of the wider MasterCard Operations & Technologies group. We provide high quality evolutionary and operational capabilities to support the MasterCard Prepaid Management Services business.
The Software Release Deployment Coordinator is responsible for releasing developed software across the application environments. This role's line management will be into the Service Transition Manager. This role will suit somebody with a good understanding of technology who is looking to progress a career within IT.

Role
• To execute the implementation plan for developed software
• To coordinate with Technical Delivery Managers, MasterCard Operations & Technologies and Application Support teams to deploy software packages
• To understand & maintain the environment configuration artefacts and ensure they are included in the deployment software packages & release documentation
• To work with and take guidance from the Release Manager to maintain, plan and coordinate the release schedule
• Co-ordinate software and infrastructure changes
• To maintain the Implementation Plans templates
• To contribute to continuous service improvement by reviewing and maintaining all documentation
• To assist in promoting GTS departmental policies
All About You
Essential
Strong experience in C#, MVC, .NET Core, Angular, and SQL to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
Required Skills:
Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC, and .NET Core.
Hands-on experience with Angular (latest versions preferred).
Solid understanding of SQL Server and relational database design.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs, Entity Framework, and LINQ.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Good understanding of secure coding practices and performance optimization.
