Are you an experienced Technical Program Manager with a passion for driving agile excellence and delivery execution? Do you thrive on working directly with engineering teams to accelerate delivery while fostering continuous improvement?

This is an exciting opportunity to focus on ground-level execution and team enablement with the team behind Crypto Secure, a cutting-edge risk assessment platform helping banks gain comprehensive visibility into crypto spend, transaction volumes, and AML risk exposure.

As Senior Technical Program Manager, you'll be a hands-on execution partner working with Software and Data Engineering teams to drive delivery excellence, facilitate agile ceremonies, and continuously improve our ways of working.

All About You

Essential Skills
- 6-8 years of overall career experience into Technical Program Management or a similar role
- Relevant experience in technical program management with hands-on agile facilitation and coaching.
- Deep understanding of Scrum/SAFe methodologies and proven track record improving delivery velocity.
- Expert knowledge of Jira and Rally, with configuration and administration experience.
- Knowledge or working experience in Crypto Products preferred
- Strong technical acumen and excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.

Agile Delivery & Team Facilitation
- Individual Contributor Role
- Drive day-to-day delivery execution, ensuring predictable sprint outcomes and removing blockers that impact velocity.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies: sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
- Coach teams on agile best practices and continuous improvement, helping mature our delivery processes.
- Manage dependencies between Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Product, and Data Science teams.

Program Execution & Reporting
- Track and manage feature integration, timing, scope, and delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Create program visibility through dashboards, metrics, and stakeholder reporting using Jira, Rally, eazyBI.
- Provide regular updates on delivery status, risks, and blockers to leadership with data-driven insights.

Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Assess and improve team processes, ceremonies, and delivery practices to maximize efficiency.
- Establish clear definition of done, acceptance criteria, and sustainable delivery rhythm.
- Facilitate problem-solving sessions and root cause analysis to drive systematic improvements.

Key Attributes
- Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics and analytics for decision-making.
- Proven ability to influence without authority and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver who thrives under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or agile certifications (PSM, CSM, SAFe) preferred.
