OVERVIEW
On the Cloud Platform team, you will be working with Mastercard's Azure Platform Engineering team. The team is responsible for developing the best of breed Azure Platform capabilities to application development teams such that automated cloud infrastructure can be provided to software engineering and operation teams.

ROLE
As a Senior Technical Program Manager/Scrum Master, you will drive platform delivery a working with Azure and dependent Engineering Teams to deliver Cloud capabilities across the portfolio in our Scrum execution model. In this role, you will work with Release Train Engineer (RTE) and Product Managers and Product Owners, and Azure Engineering teams to drive delivery working with both internal or external stakeholders, to execute prioritized features through full stack, with multiple teams and integrations, reporting meaningful status along the way.

As a Senior TPM, you should be able to:
• Work closely with RTE and Software Engineers, Product Manager and Product Owners, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality products and features through the software project lifecycle (build, test, and release on time).
• Manage complex, technical, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish.
• Work with Product and Engineering Leads to plan requirements, identify risks, manage delivery schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams, through the entire Agile continuously delivery lifecycle.
• Plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire Agile Delivery Lifecycle
• Take responsibility for release schedules and milestones, keeping up a high velocity in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage workflow, metrics, cross-team coordination, dependencies, impediments, risk and issue mitigation, and, and cross-team alignment meetings.
• Works with Engineering Team and Product Owners to on Release Demo readiness.
• Invested in "Building the Right Product" and "Building the Product Right".

ALL ABOUT YOU
•Greater than 7 years' experience managing multi-stakeholder programs in a global organization or equivalent type organization.
• Demonstrated ability to operate with independence and autonomy.
• Demonstrated experience with Agile continuous delivery – breaking down problems, organizing work, planning sprints, and delivering technical programs in agile delivery models (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Proven track record of data driven decision-making and applying continuous improvement methodologies across teams.
• Demonstrated proficiency with data-driven progress tracking and reporting and proficiency in dashboard and reporting tools, i.e., Domo dashboard.
• Ability to communicate to executives, peers, and staff with impact, eloquence, and authenticity.
• Demonstrated experience building relationships, partnering with, and influencing dependent teams while commanding the respect of the individuals you work with across the organization.
• Huge plus if you have expertise in Azure Cloud Platform certification and prior implementation experience. In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
