Senior Specialist, Program Management Overview
As fintech continues to be a fast-growing customer segment for MA, the global Digital Transformation team drives Mastercard's position as partner of choice for fintech companies and focuses on opportunities for growth with the segment and on how Mastercard enables the fintech segment overall.
The Global Fintech team is accountable for managing and growing Mastercard's global Fintech programs. Among these, the Engage program (see www.mastercard.com/engage) is focused on scaling deployment of Mastercard product and services with partners. Through Engage, Mastercard identifies, qualifies, and serves a network of tech and fintech partners that help
We are now seeking a Senior Specialist to run the Engage program operations , in close interaction with the global Engage business development lead, the Engage Regional Leads, and all Engage product and market stakeholders globally.

Role
• Responsible for supporting the the day-to-day Engage operations, ensuring quality of data for 200+ fintech partner and supporting 25+ internal teams.

• Be the first line of support to fintech partners during their onboarding to the Engage program: ensure they complete each step of the onboarding process, liaising with Franchise, Legal, product and market teams in charge of partner qualification.

• Manage the delivery and use of program benefits to Fintech partners. Liaise with Marketing, Legal and Comms to facilitate creation and availability of content (social card, Press Releases, promotional videos…)

• Manage the content of the Engage partner portal, including the calendar of events and the content library. Define a content management strategy. Gather the content from all internal Engage stakeholders.

• Support anyone interacting with the Engage online ecosystem (partner portal, public websites).

• Support Engage Regional Leads and regional product and market teams in organizing any Engage initiative (forum, newsletter, communication…)

• Project manage the development of the Engage program, maintain the roadmap and list of tasks, and help the team to prioritize expansion opportunities.

• Ensure cross-functional collaboration of all teams involved in the program (products, regions, marketing, legal, communications).

• Deliver key metrics and KPIs. Monitor and report Engage activities on a regular basis to all involved parties, adapting the communication to the audience (from project team to senior management).

• Build training documentation for team members and users of the Engage platform.

All About You
• Affinity for Fintech and innovation, with sense of urgency
• Passion for giving support and guiding business partners, internally and externally – show demonstrated experience.
• High sense of data accuracy and exactitude in running qualitative processes.
• Experience in analysis of operational data to support business decisions and proven process management experience – inclusive of process design and system optimization.
• Demonstrated experience in administrating IT systems, liaising with multiple teams worldwide.
• Demonstrated marketing skills, in writing first-hand business and technical content, e.g. for communications, sales sheets, or user guides
• Demonstrated experience in managing a project management tool, like Monday.com, is a plus.
• Project and/or Program Management experience, with a good understanding of a typical business development journey.
• Demonstrated strong self-awareness, open to different approaches and ideas and open to challenging status quo to drive new business initiatives. Self-motivated, thrives in the ambiguity that comes with a lean and agile team at the forefront of an evolving space.
• Proactively able to identify opportunities and develop strategies to take advantage of these opportunities.
• Results driven, solutions and customer focused, with strong business acumen and sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication, management, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Solid technical understanding of the payments industry is highly desirable.
• Experience in managing a partner program and working with SalesForce.com is a plus.
