Title and Summary

Senior Specialist, Products & Solutions Overview:
The Senior Business Analyst will play a critical role in business development for Cross-border Services and Push-to-Card solutions. You will be responsible for pre-sales activities, client presentations, responding to RFPs, and overseeing project deployment. Your efforts will help commercialize innovative financial solutions aimed at driving financial inclusion and advancing the digitalization of payment ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with external clients to commercialize Cross-border Services and Push-to-Card solutions, focusing on expanding financial inclusion and enhancing digital payment ecosystems.
• Work closely with the sales teams in key markets to strategize and promote solutions to both consumer and commercial segments, with the goal of capturing new business flows and driving incremental revenue.
• Maintain and manage the sales pipeline, define project roadmaps, and identify resource requirements.
• Oversee the execution of deployment projects, ensuring on-time delivery and flawless implementation.
• Partner with global and regional experts, product managers, and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market intelligence to ensure solutions remain competitive and relevant.
• Report challenges encountered during project implementations and recommend solutions to ensure successful outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven experience in a business analysis or consulting role, preferably within financial services, payments, or fintech.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of contributing to business development and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple, complex deployments simultaneously.
• Familiarity with the latest trends in financial inclusion, cross-border payments, and digital payment ecosystems.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of working with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with RFPs, strategic planning, and roadmaps is essential.
Preferred:
• Consulting background with commercial experience in the payments or financial services industry.
