With Mastercard Learning & Innovation Accelerators, professionals can unlock growth through concepts, tools, technologies, partners and real-world insights. The team is responsible for:
1) Defining value proposition, product strategy and go-to- market
2) Scale programs regionally and globally
3) Managing cross-program strategic efforts with other areas
4) Managing the P&L & resources related to the products.
Role
Be part of shaping the future of Innovation Hub and Innovation Trip products on a global scale.
In this role, you'll contribute to strategic innovation initiatives by providing coordination and organizational support to develop high-impact innovative products, and ensuring projects stay aligned with our business objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to product strategy, innovation programs, and collaboration across regions and functions.
Key Responsibilities
Product Pipeline Support
Help keep our innovation product roadmap and pipeline up to date.
Work with regional teams to make processes smoother and document it.
Contribute to initiatives that make our products more visible and impactful.
Administrative & Operational Support
Find ways to improve tools and processes that help regions manage logistics.
Assist regional teams with revenue tracking and recognition in PSA.
Work closely with delivery teams to shape processes, share insights, and simplify workflows for smoother collaboration.
Jump in to support event planning—help source speakers and prepare engaging agendas.
Data & Reporting
Gather and analyze data to track performance and delivery quality.
Create clear dashboards and reports that help leadership make decisions.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and external partners.
Ensure alignment of regional activities with global objectives.
Work with other product teams to create the best bundles for Innovation Hubs and Innovation Trips.
