Services within Mastercard is responsible for acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience. We provide value-added services and leverage expertise, data-driven insights, and execution.

Overview:

Mastercard's Security Solutions Organization (SSO) is responsible for safeguarding trust in payments, both now and in the future. We ensure that transactions and interactions are safe, simple and smart. The Ecosystem Risk Solutions product organization within SSO is responsible for developing and managing cybersecurity risk solutions that help build trust in the Mastercard ecosystem while increasing Mastercard's posture as a leader in the cybersecurity industry.


The Senior Specialist, Product Experience Design is responsible for leading the design of differentiated and scalable experiences for Mastercard's cloud-based capabilities designed to protect and shield small & medium business customers. This role will support the product management team for concept ideation and solution design, defining and managing the customer journey, hypothesis testing through prototypes, feature articulation and user flows, interaction design, and optimizing the experience in commercialization.

Role:

• Initiate and foster cross functional relationships among delivery partners
• Serve as primary contact on specific components of work
• Participate in initiative-level sessions, contribute to research studies, and participate in product experience design workshops
• Recommend and implement design decisions on initiatives, heavily influenced by research findings
• Leverage design best practices and patterns when feasible; proposing and codifying new patterns when appropriate
• Produce, test and iterate on experience artifacts, including user flows, interaction models, prototypes, wireframes, low/high fidelity sketches, and design specifications
• Contribute to team values and culture priorities
• Invest efforts in self-development goals and opportunities

All About You:

• Hands-on emerging experience in product design
• Demonstrated ability to execute with support from senior-level peers
• Experience working with small & medium businesses preferred
• Experience with cloud-based cybersecurity solutions a plus
