Reports To: Director, Learning Infrastructure

Overview:
About the Role
We are looking for a strategically minded and execution-focused Senior Specialist, Learning Technology Strategy & Enablement to help bring our enterprise learning technology strategy to life. In this individual contributor role, you will work across the learning technology ecosystem—spanning content management, learning delivery, upskilling platforms, authoring tools, and analytics—to operationalize the strategy and standards defined by the Director of Learning Infrastructure.
You will serve as the connective tissue between learning teams, technology partners, and vendors, ensuring platforms are integrated, governed, and leveraged in line with business and learner needs.
Team Context
The Learning Infrastructure team supports global learning by delivering a robust, integrated technology ecosystem. Our work spans five core layers:
Content Management – Organization, governance, and lifecycle management of learning assets
Learning Delivery – Scalable systems for distributing and tracking learning
Upskilling & Experience – Platforms that support applied learning, skills development, and experiential tools (e.g., Unlocked Studio)
Authoring & Content Tools – Internal tools and libraries used to create and curate learning content
Reporting & Analytics – Tools and standards for measuring learning engagement, effectiveness, and outcomes
This role ensures these layers operate smoothly, consistently, and in alignment with the overall learning infrastructure strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
Translate Strategy into Action: Execute the learning infrastructure strategy by coordinating platform enhancements, governance initiatives, and cross-functional workflows.
System Coordination: Partner with platform administrators and learning teams to ensure tools are configured, governed, and used effectively across the ecosystem.
Governance Implementation: Apply and refine standards for metadata, tagging, permissions, and content lifecycle to support consistency and scalability.
Workflow Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to how learning content is organized, delivered, and measured across tools and systems.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as an operational partner to teams across L&D, IT, and compliance to align daily work with infrastructure goals.
Documentation & Enablement: Maintain documentation, job aids, and internal guidance to support efficient use of platforms and tools.
Continuous Improvement: Monitor platform usage and industry trends to inform incremental improvements and prepare for future capabilities.

All About You:
3–5 years of experience in learning technology operations, LMS/LXP coordination, or digital learning systems enablement.
Strong understanding of enterprise learning tools and layered ecosystems (e.g., delivery, authoring, analytics, content management).
Experience operationalizing governance frameworks and system standards (e.g., metadata, permissions, integrations).
Comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams to translate strategy into executable plans.
Excellent organizational, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
