Overview

 The CIS (Customer Implementation Services) Team implements and test Mastercard products and services with Mastercard customers enabling production electronic payments Globally.
 In a customer-facing environment, CIS team leads a cross-functional processing implementation projects.
 Deliver standard through complex implementation activities while ensuring quality and reliability of the implementations.
 CIS ensures financial institutions are systemically synchronized with Mastercard financial messaging.
 The role ensures accurate and precise vetting of customer network interface and systems to process financial payments.
 Provides support to our customers to test new Mastercard Release Code or Customers' system change.

Role

 Coordinate with customers and internal partners to successfully execute projects implementations and testing strategy.
 Act as central point of contact for customers and/ or Mastercard customer representatives throughout the project lifecycle.
 Define scope, plan, and drive customer implementation projects of Mastercard products and services in alignment with internal Mastercard implementation processes and requirements.
 Take ownership of the full project implementation cycles including testing cycle (define the testing scope and schedule, assist customers in tests' execution, validate test results)
 Act as processing implementation advisor, to customers' processing support staff. Provide guidance to execute all necessary implementation tasks and activities.
 Handle multiple customer processing implementation projects in parallel.
 Define, create, and document standard and non-standard processing implementation processes.
 Share knowledge within the team and provide trainings both internally and for our customers.

All About You

 Bachelor's/master's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Exact Sciences, Business, or equivalent work experience.
 Experience in “Information Technology” system knowledge, with good understanding of network technology, and applications.
 Strong project management skills
 Good verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

 Good understanding of Mastercard's payment processing systems, formats and associated customer host interface testing services and principles
 Self-starter with a desire to learn independently.
 Ability to easily adapt to change.
 Ability to troubleshoot, seek issue resolution and overcome challenges.
 Strong coordination skills to organize and drive the project/testing activities involving multiple external and internal partners.
 Ability to interact well with the customer and senior management.
 Ability to multi-task covering multiple projects.
 API knowledge is a plus.
