Senior Specialist, Accounting & Billing Sr. Specialist, U.S. Advertising Partner Growth Management

Overview:
Mastercard Loyalty Solutions offers a range of solutions to financial and non-financial institutions and merchants to help them grow their business profitably. These solutions enable customers to reward, protect and assist cardholders driving overall card usage, retention and brand preference.

The role will be part of the NAM Merchant Sourcing team that sources and manages all offers through a comprehensive content strategy with our Publisher network. As a central force behind the NAM Offers business, our team is focused on maximizing revenue for both Mastercard and its partners, while advancing our shared objectives.

The Partner Growth Management position will be the centralized hub for all metrics related to merchant performance including but not limited to overseeing budget management, forecasting, weekly and monthly reporting, aging receivables for all merchants, and ensuring timely and accurate payment processing. Aging receivables responsibilities involve close collaboration with merchants, internal teams, and third-party payment systems to maintain smooth billing operations and resolve any discrepancies.

Role:
· Merchant Support: Provide post-contract support to merchants for invoice payments, clarify payment steps, and minimize inquiries. Quality check and distribute weekly and monthly performance reports.
· Optimization: Act as key stakeholder in process optimization efforts and identify areas for continuous improvement.
· Reporting: Monitor, manage, and report on program KPIs.
· Billing Inquiries: Address merchant questions regarding billing Receivables: Own end to end receivables process including aging receivables, invoicing and documentation, and remediation
· Receivables: Own end to end receivables process including aging receivables, invoicing and documentation, and remediation Receivables: Own end to end receivables process including aging receivables, invoicing and documentation, and remediation and invoices on a weekly and monthly basis.
· Receivables Review: Own end to end receivables process including aging receivables, invoicing and documentation, and remediation
· Payment Tracking: Verify and track payments, ensure proper application, and notify sales personnel of account status.
· Collaboration: Collaborate internally with all stakeholders on receivables and performance.
· Third-Party Systems: Collaborate with merchants' third-party payment systems and the Mastercard Portal team to ensure proper setup and functionality.
· Invoice Review: Manage weekly and monthly requests to review invoices and billing from merchants.
· Monthly Audits: Conduct monthly reviews of billing files for accuracy and approval.
· Issue Resolution: Work with relevant internal teams to resolve billing issues and communicate status updates to merchants and sales personnel.

All About You:
· Prior experience with detailed processes and understanding of billing and payment processes.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
· Strong analytical thinker and problem solver.
· Demonstrated ability to act independently and proactively.
· Strong excel skills recommended
· Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred.

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
