As a Workday Functional Analyst, you will:
• Assist in configuration of HCM business process across across Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Position Management & Job Architecture.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Workday configurations across Core HCM, Recruiting, Advanced Compensation, Talent and Performance.
• Design and Deliver scalable Workday solutions across core HCM ensuring our technology enables best in class employee experience and supports strategic business outcomes
Role:
Workday HCM Functional Analyst will lead successful delivery of Workday Core HCM configuration solutions. In this role, you will:
• Configure Workday Core HCM business processes across Core HCM, Recruiting, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, Performance, Talent, Position Management & Job Architecture
• Assist in building and testing reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
• Execute configuration changes, test cases and data validation
• Support release management activities by testing new feature and identifying potential impacts
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of hands-on configuration experience in Workday Core HCM and Compensation.
• Hands on exposure to Core HCM and at least one of the Compensation, Absence, Recruiting or Benefits
• Experience supporting testing cycles and documenting functional changes
All About You:
• Ability to analyze existing integration landscapes to identify technical debt related to functionality, performance, error handling, and scalability.
• Workday certification is core HCM is a plus
• Eager to grow into broader Workday functional expertise
• Strong problem solving mindset, proactive learner and collaborative team player
• Ability to translate business requirements to system configuration.
• Experience documenting business processes, procedures, test scripts, and workflows.
• Able to communicate with both technical teams and business functional leaders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities
