Title and Summary

Senior Research Analyst Overview
The Advisors Research Center (ARC) is a new and rapidly growing capability designed to meet the evolving needs of clients for high-quality research support. Its core mission is to deliver value through the development of insights and actionable recommendations.
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Market Researcher to join our European team, based in Warsaw, Poland.

Role Responsibilities
3–5 years of hands-on experience in primary research, including:
Quantitative techniques: survey design, data collection, and analysis
Qualitative techniques: designing and conducting in-depth interviews, focus groups, online forums, etc.
Experience gained in a research agency or consulting environment
Ideally, experience conducting research in banking, payments, financial services, digital technology, or related industries
Ability to synthesize and analyze information from multiple sources to create insightful presentations
Familiarity with qualitative/quantitative research tools for operations and analysis is a plus
Strong business writing skills and ability to create client-ready materials
Excellent communication skills

All About You
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree; a relevant Master's degree is desirable
Proven experience across a range of research projects
Languages: English and Polish required; German is a plus
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
