Overview
The China O&T team is looking for a Senior Product Manager-Tehnical resource to to drive business requirements gathering and creation and acts as a liason between business group and engineering team. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.
Role
In this position, you will:
• Responsible for the analysis, design, development and delivery of software solutions
• Defines requirements for new applications and customizations, adhering to standards, processes and best practices
• manage medium-sized project/initiatives as an individual contributor with advanced knowledge within discipline, leading a segment of several initiatives or a larger initiative, or may formally supervise a small team, and assigns day-to-day work
• Assists in vendor assessment and evaluates and recommends software development tools
• Oversees and provides technical support to junior team members

All About You
The ideal candidate for this position should:
• Elicits and decomposes business requirements into technical features and user stories
• Managers product backlog and prioritization while defining the acceptance criteria for user stories
• Works with Technical Program Managers, Developers, UX designers, and internal customers to define the details behind the business requirements
• Acts as the voice of the business customer and accountable for the platform services
• Coordinates with interdependent teams on platform product requirements
• Reviews product demo against acceptance criteria for the feature set
• Supports and participates in post-launch reviews and ensures feedback is reincorporated into the feature
• Identifies issues that will keep the platform features from delivering on time and/or with the desired requirements and works with internal teams and customer service to identify, classify, and prioritize feature-level customer issues"
