Focused on thinking big and scaling fast around the globe, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include payments-focused consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, business Test & Learn experimentation, and data-driven information and risk management services.
The Services Strategy & Operations (S&O) and Insights & Enablement (I&E) Team are a global organization focused on ensuring that all Services internal end users can make data-driven decisions and operate effectively and efficiently. The team supports managing Systems enhancements, understanding product features, providing solution recommendations, and acting as a Business Analysts in partnership with our Tech Team to drive efficient Product-to-Cash Tech Stack usage across Mastercard Services.
Role
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Analyst, Sales Operations & Enablement Product Owner role focused on Product Ownership of Seismic and WalkMe for our Sales and GTM Teams. This role bridges Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, and Digital Product Management to drive Seller Effectiveness and Operational Excellence.
You will serve as the functional owner and Product SME for Seismic and WalkMe, working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, IT, and external vendors. Your focus will be optimizing our enablement Tech Stack and empowering our Revenue Teams with just-in-time content, process guidance and scalable onboarding solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Global Product Owner for Seismic and WalkMe, ensuring alignment with Sales Strategy, operational priorities, and enterprise Tech architecture.
• Gather requirements and create User Stories to help translate business process improvement requests into System Enhancements partnering closely with business stakeholders and Tech Team, user acceptance testing, and change management.
• Work with Tech Team to drive Release Management processes for programmatic and declarative enhancements.
• Execute digital adoption strategy to support the business end users with in-app guidance Center of Excellence, including designing and implementing WalkMe smart tips, smart walk throughs, etc. across Systems.
• Champion best practices for digital adoption, onboarding, and continuous learning in partnership with Sales Enablement.

• Support special large-scale Programs / Projects as needed.
• Keeps up-to-date on Seismic and WalkMe platform / application features, roadmap, and innovations to help drive adoption for the business.
• Assists with vendor management, including licensing, enablement of end users, and conduct quarterly business reviews in conjunction with Services I&E Systems Operations and Tech Team.
• Display our MasterCard Way values for coordinating across Services broader Mastercard Tech Team to ensure Systems Sales Operations goals are delivered.

All About You
• 5+ years of experience with demonstrated success in Sales Operations, Sale Enablement, or Business Analyst roles within a B2B enterprise Tech environment.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, and other Product-to-Cash Tech Stack, especially Seismic or other Sales Enablement tools, and WalkMe or other In-app guidance tools.
• Hands-on experience as Product Owner or Business Analyst with Seismic, WalkMe, Salesforce, or other GTM Platforms.
• Ability to perform Declarative work, including In-App Guidance / Digital Adoption Platform tasks.
• Experience in Application Lifecyle Management, Agile Development for Systems
• Fosters positive relationships with peers and business partners with the ability to work with many different departments and levels of authority.
• Skilled in troubleshooting, issue resolution, keen diligence, with strong organizational, planning and follow-up skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Certified WalkMe Digital Adoption Strategy or experience with DAP administration.
• Seismic Admin certification or equivalent Platform ownership.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, JIRA, Aha!, Rally ALM, or other Product Management tools.
