Title and Summary
Senior Analyst, Risk Management Overview:The Global Business service Center, Collateral team is looking for Senior analyst, Risk Management to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.
Role:
• Assists with managing collateral agreements and SBLC.
• Support wire transfer packets, drawdown documents etc.
• Working in a global business services team with cross-functional exposure and experiences.
• Responsible for interacting with various banks to ensure data is accurate.
• Working on preparation of security agreements and stand by letter of credit.
• Preparation of various documents like drawdowns, form of demand
• Assists with updating credit risk management tool and supporting in automation of collateral activity.
• Assists with ad hoc reporting and special requests.
• Assist with SOX and audit teams
• Coordinate effectively, timely, and accurately with cross-functional teams like treasury, tax, legal, and 3rd party banking institutions.
All About You:
• Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of corporate finance is a must.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance highly preferred.
• Consistently delivering accurate analytical support in a timely manner.
• Extensive experience in dealing with external customers to ensure getting data on time
• Experience in handling collateral documents like cash collateral and stand by letter of credit.
• Controls & compliance focus balanced with a passion for enabling the business with efficiency.
