Senior Analyst, Business Process Improvement Overview:Services within Mastercard
The Services team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing cutting-edge solutions that help our customers grow. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast around the globe, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include predictive analytics, data visualization, security solutions and business intelligence software.
The People & Capability team that supports the Services business is looking for a Senior Analyst to support the design, administration and performance analysis of some of the Sales Compensation programs for Services. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the Services business, Sales Compensation and the overall People & Capability function. The individual in this role will work in close collaboration with Sales Leaders, People Business Partners and Total Rewards to ensure the Sales Compensation programs, processes and initiatives are implemented and managed effectively. This position reports into the Director leading the Services Sales Compensation team within the People & Capability function.
Role:
• Partner with team members and key stakeholders including Services Business Development and Total Rewards to support in the following areas:
• Design of new incentive programs
• Evolution of existing incentive programs
• Ongoing administration of existing incentive programs
• Conducting performance analysis of existing incentive programs
• Leverage the available tools (Salesforce, Tableau, others) for more effective execution of the above-mentioned areas of responsibility
All About You:
• Experience managing sales incentive programs.
• Experience consulting with internal stakeholders regarding incentive program development and management
• Strong networker across relevant stakeholder base with the ability to listen, build common ground and influence others
• Creative problem-solver, possessing high level of comfort with fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• Demonstrated project management, organization, and execution skills with strong ability to manage deliverables and deadlines for multiple initiatives and teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix organization
• Excellent oral and written communications skills; experience communicating directly with senior leadership
• Demonstrated ability to work quickly, respond to urgent, unanticipated requests, and manage ambiguity.
