Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, business experimentation, and data-driven information and risk management services.Overview of the Role:
Optimize business processes to achieve more efficient results, including establishing standard processes, tools, and best practices.
Support capacity planning and reporting activities by designing scalable, data-driven solutions that align with business needs.
Translate business requirements into actionable technical implementations using Excel, PowerPoint, Airtable, and related tools.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement solutions leveraging established functional tools and methodologies to support project objectives and continuous process improvement.
- Partner with key stakeholders to understand business needs, define functional requirements, and deliver practical, scalable solutions.
- Manage and maintain relational data structures (e.g., in Airtable), ensuring data integrity, version control, and usability across linked tables and reporting interfaces.
- Lead the automation of deck preparation for quarterly reviews and other recurring reporting needs, integrating data into clear, executive-ready PowerPoint presentations.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Airtable templates and calculators used for capacity planning, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and ease of use.
- Identify and implement automation and optimization opportunities across owned tools and processes, using no-code/low-code approaches where appropriate.
- Establish a standardized and proactive approach to engaging with business partners, providing timely support and continuously improving tools and processes.
- Document key processes, workflows, and data logic to support scalability, team collaboration, and operational continuity.
- May manage medium-sized projects or initiatives independently, or lead a segment of a larger initiative, with advanced subject matter knowledge.
- As a primary focus, support and coordinate the capacity planning and management process, consolidating inputs from Product, Client Services, and Sales to size funding needs and allocate capacity effectively.
Experiences
- Demonstrates strong practical, data-informed decision-making grounded in a clear understanding of business processes.
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions, balancing simplicity with functionality.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Excel (advanced formulas, data structuring, possibly macros), PowerPoint (automated reporting, formatting), and ideally Airtable (relational data structures, UI design, automations).
- Familiarity with functional policies and procedures to ensure compliance during the execution of initiatives.
- Familiarity with business process mapping and a keen eye for identifying improvement opportunities and scalable enhancements.
