Title and Summary
Quality Assurance / Engineering Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Test Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing tests to ensure the quality and functionality of products before they reach customers. This role involves close collaboration with development, product, and operations teams to identify issues and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and specifications.
Assist in writing and maintaining automated test scripts using Java and Selenium.
Perform manual and automated testing of software/hardware systems.
Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand features and technical implementation.
Conduct regression, performance, and stress testing.
Familiarity with Selenium WebDriver or other automation tools (preferred).
Analyze test results and provide feedback for product improvements.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Participate in design and code reviews to provide a quality perspective.
Maintain and improve test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
