Title and Summary

Project Manager (Network) Overview
The Cross-border Services Global Product Team team is looking for a Manager to project manage a portfolio of correspondent onboarding projects for our product management function. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, highly motivated, analytical, and is comfortable around multiple parallel ongoing projects.
Role
• Manage a portfolio of partner onboarding and service-expansion projects, driving day-to-day execution from documentation and technical planning through testing and operational activation.
• Create and maintain project calendars, work tickets, and engagement/meeting requests, ensuring completeness of business, API, connectivity, and endpoint requirements.
• Track legal contract progress and documentation readiness in coordination with onboarding and functional teams.
• Maintain issue and risk logs, proactively resolving non-BAU blockages and escalating dependencies to functional and business leadership.
• Coordinate the partner testing lifecycle (production, certification, and change control), supporting SLA and quality gates.
• Partner with functional teams on technical ticket creation, account setup, and approval workflows.
• Support training and briefings for new partners on technical and data-field standards.
• Contribute to recurring pipeline reporting to ensure accurate status across implementation stages.
• Act as the first response point for relevant projects in portfolio.

All About You
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
• Significant experience in project/program management, ideally in a fast-paced operations environment managing multi-stakeholder/geography projects simultaneously
• Deep knowledge of payment and clearing systems as they relate to both domestic and cross border payments
• Significant experience in the technical data exchange systems (e.g. APIs, web platforms, etc.)
• Understanding of current payment trends and developments, both from a flow and technological perspective
• Ability to interact and communicate virtually with stakeholders across multiple geographies
• Sense of ownership, both for directly managed projects as well as broader business outcomes.

Desirable / Additional Capabilities
• Experience working with banks, fintechs and/or large corporates as it relates to payments and payment solutions
• PMP/PgMP certified
• CRM software/tool experience
• Understanding different client segment needs such as Banks, Financial Institutions, Payment Service Providers and Corporates
