Project Manager Advisors & Client Services, ServicesMastercard Services provides cutting-edge data analysis and services to Fortune 500s, governments, and nonprofits to make multimillion-dollar business decisions and grow their organizations. Our Advisors Client Services team combines traditional management consulting with Mastercard's rich data assets, proprietary platforms, and technologies to provide clients with powerful strategic insights and recommendations. Mastercard Advisors works with a diverse global customer base across industries, from banking and payments to retail and restaurants.
The Advisors & Client Services group has five specializations: Program Management, Strategy & Transformation, Performance Analytics, Business Experimentation, and Marketing. Our Program Management experts lead clients through business transformations by implementing strategically important Mastercard assets and services to bring value and drive growth. They serve as the Center of Engagement across all stakeholders within Mastercard and the client's organization.

Roles and Responsibilities
You will manage a portfolio of projects that deploy a strategy, a strategic change, or initiative with significant impact on the organization. You will manage complexity and inherent risks across a wide range of business areas, where there are strong interdependencies and shared resources, and you will manage benefits from their initial identification and definition through to the eventual realization and achievement of measurable improvements.
Client Impact
• Lead client engagements and workstreams for large enterprise-level programs across a range of industries, problem statements, and cultures
• Promote proven, accredited project and change management methodologies and techniques to help clients drive measurable value from initiation to benefit realization
• Mitigate risks, solve issues, and ensure plan remains in line with agreed timescales, budgets, and quality criteria
• Identify new business opportunities and communicate to executives to pursue, leading sales calls and client development including proposal contribution
• Own key relationships with mid-level to senior client stakeholders and independently assess client agenda, internal culture, and change readiness
Team Collaboration & Culture
• Lead team to creative insights and sound business recommendations, and deliver impactful and influential client presentations while growing team members' roles and skills
• Provide expertise and day-to-day project delivery team leadership, supporting evolution of solutions with innovation and create a collaborative and inclusive environment for all levels
• Manage relationship with internal Mastercard leadership and stakeholders and build the firm's intellectual capital
• Effectively leverage subject matter experts to develop best customized solutions
Qualifications
Basic qualifications
• Undergraduate degree with work experience in project management and change management methodologies and techniques
• Exposure to financial institutions, payments, and/or retail banking in Sweden and internationally
• Experience leading the development and implementation of solutions and measuring impact on clients' business
• Minimum 5+ years of Project Management experience
• Experience in managing teams across multiple projects and/or engagements with third parties (preferably FinTechs)
• Experience in managing key client relationships and various project stakeholders
• Knowledge of business KPIs, financials, and organizational leadership
• Logical, structured thinking
• Detail-oriented
• Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to communicate and write effectively in Swedish (mandatory), English (mandatory), and Norwegian/Danish (optional)
• Eligibility to work in the country where you are applying, as well as apply for travel visas as required by travel needs
• Willingness to travel or work on client sites as needed
Preferred qualifications
• Ability to provide perspective on industry and marketplace
• Have completed or interested in pursuing recognized professional accreditation, such as Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Knowledge of Project Management tools
• Experience generating new knowledge or creating innovative solutions for a firm
• MBA or master's degree with relevant specialization (not required)
