Title and Summary

Product Manager, Commercialization Lead - Test & Learn Overview
The Services team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing cutting-edge products and services that help our customers. Focused on thinking big and scaling quickly around the globe, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base including issuers, acquirers, and merchants. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include payments-focused consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, business experimentation (Test & Learn), and data-driven information and risk management services.

Test & Learn
As a member of the Test & Learn Product Management team, you will build industry-leading experimentation software which brings sophisticated analytic techniques to businesses and users around the world. We are rapidly building new products, improving existing products, and expanding the ways we deliver Test & Learn to our clients. We are looking for innovators who can execute and evolve our product strategy, tackling the big challenges of the future.
In this role, you will be responsible for commercialization of Test & Learn as a Service – analytics solving strategic questions for business leaders via service-led engagements.

Position Responsibilities
• Manage revenue forecasts and targets and work with cross-functional, global partners to deliver on revenue goals.
• Develop an inspiring product vision and go to market strategy by understanding customer needs, market opportunities, and technology trends.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing and client delivery teams to execute on various initiatives to maximize sales and ensure high client satisfaction
• Transform product strategy into market-ready, sellable solutions for merchants and financial institutions.
• Execute creative strategies to foster cross-functional collaboration within Mastercard, catalyzing significant advancements in product adoption and revenue models.
• Utilize sales feedback, data insights, and customer evidence to prioritize and optimize new go-to-market approaches.

All About You
• 5+ years working in product management, preferably in the software or analytics space.
• Strong background in SaaS products, with a proven track record of successfully driving product strategy. Experience with SaaS go-to-market teams a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of complex analytical concepts through persuasive sales collateral.
• Creative problem solver. Aptitude for translating business use cases into compelling product propositions while accounting for technical requirements and data privacy, etc. rules.
• Possess strategic thinking skills to identify market needs and prioritize product features thoughtfully.
• Ability to collaborate closely with engineers, sales teams, and fellow product managers to define and commercialize valuable product features.
• Skilled in navigating stakeholder dynamics and managing organizational complexity.
• Experience working with global teams is a plus.
