This hybrid role is essential to orchestrating execution across multiple Agile teams within an Agile Release Train (ART), while also managing scope, timeline, and value delivery in highly regulated, fast-paced environments.

Role:

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of complex projects, leveraging both Agile/Lean and traditional/hybrid project management methodologies to meet strategic goals.
• Develop and maintain key project artifacts including Gantt charts, project charters, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), work breakdown structures (WBS), and RACI matrices to ensure structure, transparency, and accountability.
• Comfortable with providing reports and status totally based on data and be able to derive insights from it to show trends and trajectory.
• Establish and maintain detailed project schedules and ensure alignment between feature delivery, team velocity, and release timelines.
• Deliver regular status reporting through dashboards, burndown charts, and executive summaries, adapting format and content to stakeholder needs.
• Prior experience with Jira as a tool of choice and be very comfortable with advanced features.

• Continuously refine delivery processes through retrospective insights, earned value analysis, and performance metrics.
• Active participant in the community sharing your Mastercard program management knowledge within your organization and more broadly presenting at both internal and external events
Release Train Engineering (Agile Program Leadership):
• Facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) events including Backlog Prioritization and Refinement, Sprint Planning and Retrospectives, and Epic demos.
• Remove systemic impediments, manage cross-team risks, and escalate blockers to ensure flow of value.
• Work with Product Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on vision, roadmap, and priorities.
• Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and impediments.
• Measure ART performance using velocity, predictability, and quality metrics to improve delivery outcomes.

All About You:
You have,
• 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally in fintech or financial services.
• 3+ years of additional experience as a Release Train Engineer, Agile Program Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar projects and coordinate across multiple delivery teams.
• Excellent facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and risk management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
