Personalization Consultant Manager-Dynamic Yield Mastercard is a global technology company in the payments industry. Dynamic Yield, by MasterCard, is looking for a motivated, highly skilled Personalization Consultant. This is a role for someone who wants to help the world's best brands define high performing personalization programs. Your role will be cross functional, working with the go to market teams team to promote the consulting service programs, leading a group of dedicated analysts in delivering the programs, all the while identifying and defining new offerings to help support a fast growing market need.

In this role, you will be the regional lead for personalization consulting engagements, managing the overall project teams and delivery. We're looking for a problem solver, critical thinker, and excellent communicator, interested in building and delivering world class programs. We work in a fast paced environment where you'll have direct access to top brands and businesses across industries.

Role

Lead: Own the overall client project deliverables helping with project definition, success criteria, and quality of final deliverable to client.
Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial space. While we have a sizable and thriving practice, we want to continue to build our offering and keep evolving the programs. You will be a key contributor to modifying and defining our in market offerings.

Consult: Be a valued partner to client executives looking to accelerate their digital transformation through best in class personalization
Identify and develop new go to market strategies defining new service offerings based on client and macro market needs.
Serve as an internal resource for cross functional teams to integrate the consulting services into key accounts.

Sell: Be comfortable selling your expertise and consulting capabilities
Skill defining a future state of operation using business insights and technical adoption to develop custom engagement solutions for our clients and partners.

All About You:

3+ years work within management consultancy, IT/Digital, Engineering, or an in-house role in which you have gained exposure to digital transformation project(s)

Experience in one or more of our key services of: digital technology, digital transformation, data analytics, innovation and information management
Project/ Programme management– i.e. managing commercial success, risk, schedule

Strong communication skills (written, verbal and visual) carried through into project deliverables and proposals

Ability to identify and define opportunities outside an established menu of activities

Strong project management skills and an ability to multitask
Previous experience in the financial services industry a plus

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
