Title and Summary

Operations Senior Analyst The Operations Senior Analyst will provide upstream support to Finance for forecasting inputs, and FP&A processes, which would include aligning data across Mastercard systems to delivering high-impact reporting and sales planning. This role plays a key part in driving operational efficiency and executive visibility through streamlined processes and insightful dashboards.​

Role​
Act as a liaison between Finance and customer-facing teams in support of monthly revenue forecasting and annual budgeting cycles.​

Partner with FP&A to improve planning processes and reporting workflows.​

Align and map data across Mastercard systems to ensure consistency and accuracy.​

Support sales planning and performance tracking initiatives.​

Respond to ad hoc reporting requests, including executive dashboards and KPI reporting, such as usage.​

Act as a SME to support broader Identity initiatives.​

Requirements​
Preferred BA or equivalent​

4+ years of experience in FP&A, Revenue Operations, or Business Analytics—preferably in a SaaS or enterprise environment.​

Strong understanding of forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes.​

Experience working with large datasets and aligning data across systems.​

Proficiency in Excel and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI); experience with Salesforce is a plus.​

Demonstrated ability to support executive-level reporting and dashboards.​

Strong organizational and project management skills.​

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.​
