Title and Summary
Operations Analyst OverviewThe Operations Analyst, Global Consumer Marketing, position will support Consumer Marketing Planner to deliver on strategic objectives and work closely with the IMC Finance team to deliver monthly results. The role will provide operational support and analysis, including monthly administrative due diligence and results data entry.
Role
As a member of the Consumer Marketing team, this role will provide operational and analytical support to the business, including:
• Priceless.com consumer product and sales support
• Journal entry management of revenue and expenses for B2B Priceless platform, including revenue share arrangements
• Data clean-up, analysis, and reconciliation for various Priceless.com programs, including Pay-with-Points redemptions.
• Monthly budget maintenance and data entry for revenue and expenses for the Priceless and Consumer teams
• Collection of revenue pipeline documentation to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Provide maintenance support on regional pipeline activity for the Priceless regional sales leads
• Support team with supplier onboarding, purchase order processing, accounts payable inquiries, manage team remedy tickets and report back on progress
• Operational support for ad-hoc projects as needed
• Identification of opportunities to streamline and automate processes
All About You
• Bachelor's degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, etc.)
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Team player, proactive and able to deliver within agreed deadlines
• Detail oriented, highly organized, and able to maintain high level of performance in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in financial planning, analysis & forecasting or related Finance field
• Experience with Financial Statements, GAAP, accrual accounting, and reclass entries
• Knowledge of financial reporting systems and experience extracting insights from data
