Title and Summary

Manager, Sourcing & Supplier Management (Supplier Payment Solutions) Overview:
 Supplier Payment Solutions creates value by effectively managing payment options for Mastercard's supply base across all categories, focusing on promoting branded B2B payments to grow Acceptance and create a showcase for Mastercard's commercial card portfolio.
 This organization works closely with Sourcing, Sourcing Operations, Supplier Management, Business Development, the GBSC and business owners to develop and communicate Mastercard's value proposition and negotiate suppliers' acceptance.
 Analyzes Mastercard's spend data to identify conversion opportunities among suppliers and develops supplier negotiation strategies.
 Manages third party Pay Fac partners who onboard suppliers for B2B payments and works with the GBSC to establish and maintain suppliers and payment sites in Oracle.
 Works with the GBSC and Third-Party partners to continuously improve the end-to-end process.
 Provides first-tier support to suppliers during onboarding process and works within the Coupa workflow to complete onboarding tasks.
 Provides second-tier support to the GBSC to respond to supplier or cardholder escalations related to B2B payments.

Role:
 Collaborate with internal business partners to identify opportunities and capture program requirements
 Conduct extensive data analysis on payments, accounts payable and spend to forecast and track B2B payments
 Support and leads continuous improvement initiatives with processing and Issuing partners to enhance the end-to-end process and delight suppliers
 Works with business and supply chain stakeholders to negotiate payment terms with suppliers and grow B2B acceptance
 Assist in the streamlining tasks and building technological efficiencies while maintaining a high-quality work product
 Have skills in data analysis and be comfortable working with data to test hypotheses and drive conclusions

 Proven ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals in a fast-paced, changing environment
 Ability to organize, manage and work effectively to accomplish multiple tasks with a strong attention to details
 Very strong analytical skills
 Strong verbal and written communication skills
 Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
 Experience with Oracle and Coupa is desired

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
