Title and Summary

Manager Solutions Engineering Overview
Mastercard's Consumer Acquisition & Engagement division delivers innovative loyalty and engagement solutions that help Clients (Financial Institutions & Merchants) attract, retain, and grow customer relationships. As part of Mastercard Services, our Loyalty Products & Solutions, anchored by the Mastercard Reward Solution (MRS) Platform, enable personalized, data-driven experiences that drive measurable business outcomes.

This EEMEA region based role sits within the Solutions Engineering team and focuses exclusively on Mastercard's loyalty products and solutions offerings. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, a passion for customer-centric design, and a strong understanding of the loyalty landscape to help clients unlock the full potential of the Loyalty products and solutions.

We're looking for a strategic and hands-on loyalty expert who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about delivering measurable impact for clients and stakeholders. This individual brings a strong blend of technical acumen, customer-centric thinking, and business insight to design and deliver loyalty solutions that drive engagement and long-term value.

Role
As a Manager-level Solutions Engineer, you will lead technical solutioning for Mastercard's Loyalty Products & Solutions in the EEMEA region. You will serve as the trusted technical advisor to sales, product and delivery teams, ensuring that client needs are translated into scalable, effective solutions.

Key responsibilities include:
• Leading technical discovery and solution design for EEMEA based clients.
• Delivering compelling product demonstrations.
• Lead technical responses to RFIs/RFPs.
• Collaborating with Loyalty Sales Specialists to craft tailored solutions that align with client objectives.
• Documenting integration requirements and identifying potential technical roadblocks early in the sales cycle.
• Coordinating with product, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure seamless handoff and implementation.
• Providing market feedback to inform product strategy and roadmap.

All About You

Loyalty & Market Expertise
• You are passionate about loyalty and engagement, with a proven track record of creating impactful programs that deliver measurable results.
• You bring deep knowledge of rewards, marketing, and loyalty platforms, and a strong understanding of the competitive loyalty landscape.
• You have experience working with financial institutions, performance-based marketers (MarTech/AdTech), and merchants.
Technical Curiosity & Solutioning Skills
• You exhibit a strong sense of technical curiosity, energized by learning new technologies, exploring how they work, and applying them creatively to real-world challenges.
• You stay ahead of the curve by actively tracking emerging technologies and trends, continuously seeking opportunities to drive innovation and efficiency.
• You have a strong technical background with familiarity in web technologies, APIs, and development concepts, and experience collaborating with product and engineering teams.
