Title and Summary

Manager, Products and Solutions As a key member of Mastercard's team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding and enhancing our Core Consumer Products and Acceptance Solutions for the Greek and Maltese markets. You will be based in Athens and collaborate closely with account managers and product teams to strengthen Mastercard's partnerships with existing clients, uncover new business opportunities, and forge relationships with prospective partners to diversify and accelerate our growth.
You will build upon our robust portfolio and established relationships to drive innovation—introducing new products and solutions, embracing transformative business models, and cultivating fresh revenue streams. Your efforts will reinforce Mastercard's position as a leader in card payments, showcasing our commitment to thought leadership and exceptional service.
You will be part of an inquisitive, diverse, and high-energy team comprised of account managers, business developers, product leaders, marketers, technical experts, and consultants. In this role, you will report directly to the CSC Cluster Lead for Greece, Cyprus, and Malta.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage Core Consumer Products & Acceptance Solutions for Greece and Malta, offering expert knowledge of Mastercard's product, service, and platform capabilities to clients within your designated markets or segments.
• Coordinate with fellow solution experts to craft compelling CSC value propositions that are tailored to local customer needs.
• Contribute to the development of innovative and differentiated products and solutions that address the distinct requirements of Mastercard's clients in your market or segment.
• Share best practices and specialist knowledge with internal teams, enhancing our ability to deliver impactful solutions for clients.
• Analyze product and solution development challenges, engaging directly with clients to identify and implement opportunity-driven solutions where needed.
• Conduct competitive analysis and devise effective pricing strategies to ensure Mastercard's offerings remain market-leading within your territory.
What We're Looking For

• And yes, MBA or Master or Bachelor degree
