Title and Summary

Manager, Products and Solutions Manager, Business Development Transfer Solutions
This position will collaborate with the sales organization in the North LAC Division to commercialize Mastercard Send and Cross-border Services solutions for financial institutions and fintechs. The goal is to capture new flows and revenues while ensuring optimal implementation experiences and lead optimization for scaling and cross-selling.
For the Mastercard Send solution (card rails), the focus will be on creating a strategy to maximize existing customer programs by scaling use cases and expanding to new ones, primarily targeting digital remittances and Send Funding with wallets and neobanks. This includes product readiness, customer enablement, legal scans (if applicable), pricing revisions, defining the roadmap, and identifying the technical requirements and resources needed. You will also monitor the execution of these projects.
For Cross-border Services, the role involves creating a pipeline of customers to offer account-to-account solutions, developing customized proposals based on projected transactions and volumes, and partnering with the sales team to engage customers. Additionally, you will work with regional experts on best practices and collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless implementation.
