With Mastercard Learning & Innovation Accelerators, professionals can unlock growth through concepts, tools, technologies, partners and real-world insights. The team is responsible for:
1) Defining value proposition, product strategy and go-to- market
2) Scale programs regionally and globally
3) Managing cross-program strategic efforts with other areas
4) Managing the P&L & resources related to the products.

Overview:
The Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing product strategies that deliver value to merchants, service providers, and traditional clients globally. This position requires a strong ability to develop impactful agendas, drive innovation, and ensure successful market adoption.
Key Responsibilities:

Global Product Development:

Contribute to the design and enhancement of global products that meet diverse client needs across markets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalability and compliance with regional requirements.

Strategic Agenda Setting:

Define and maintain strong product agendas aligned with organizational priorities and client expectations.
Monitor industry trends and incorporate insights into product roadmaps.

Client-Centric Focus:

Develop solutions tailored for merchants, service providers, and traditional financial institutions.
Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders and external partners.

Go-to-Market Leadership for India:

Lead the execution of go-to-market strategies for the existing product portfolio in India.
Drive adoption through effective positioning, pricing, and partnership engagement.
Ensure alignment with global standards while adapting to local market dynamics.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in product management, management consulting or related roles, preferably in payments or financial services.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, that incentives ownership.
