Title and Summary

Manager , Product Management Mastercard Send is a flagship product within Mastercard's money movement portfolio, enabling secure, real-time domestic and cross-border payments. It supports a wide range of use cases including:
1) Person-to-person (P2P)
2) Business-to-business (B2B)
3) Disbursements
4) Remittances
5) Merchant payments

Send empowers businesses, governments, NGOs, financial institutions, fintechs, and digital platforms to transfer funds to consumers and small businesses—often within seconds.

This role offers a hands-on opportunity to drive the expansion of Mastercard Send across Asia Pacific, managing both strategic initiatives and day-to-day product operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and manage the regional product roadmap, aligning with global strategy and market needs.
• Market Expansion: Collaborate with country teams and subject matter experts to identify viable opportunities, develop go-to-market strategies, and launch new features and use cases.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (e.g., engineering, operations, legal, compliance) to ensure successful product launches and resolve production issues.
• Client Engagement: Work with client-facing teams to develop business cases, articulate product value, and support customer needs.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and report key product metrics, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform strategy and decision-making.
• Sales Enablement: Maintain and update sales collateral, training materials, pricing documentation, and other product assets.
• Project Management: Oversee progress and reporting for ongoing initiatives, ensuring timely execution and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications & Experience
• Strong understanding of the faster payments and push payments ecosystem in Asia Pacific.
• Proven experience in product management, ideally across multiple markets.
• Experience in launching and scaling products, with a focus on both issuing and acquiring sides of the business.
• Client-facing experience with the ability to translate customer needs into product opportunities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
