Responsibilities:
• Visualize product requirements into user flows, mockups, wireframes and prototypes to drive simple and intuitive user experiences
• Perform user persona research, facilitate user interviews and surveys to drive a customer driven insights products targeted to issuers, acquirer, and merchants.
• Review and create customer facing announcements, documentation, and user guide to ensure clear and effective communications to stakeholders
• Identify best practices across multiple regions to drive enablement and efficiency for customer engagements
• Identify process enhancements that can improve data availability and digestion for both external and internal partners
• Build strong working relationships with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders to achieve product goals.
All About You
• Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, etc.
• Agile product management experience with Cyber and Intelligence products and services.
• Experience in the payments industry
• Be customer focused, keeping customer needs front of mind when creating prototypes, wireframes, user flows, etc.
• Strong communication & influencing skills to work with internal and external stakeholders, with ability to clearly articulate problem statements and opportunities areas
• Highly organized and able to deal with multiple and competing priorities
• Strong understand of Mastercard Cyber & Intelligence products and key revenue drivers
