Title and Summary

Manager, Product Management Job Overview:

As a Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of developing and managing innovative products that meet both customer needs and business objectives. You'll serve as the bridge between various teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, ensuring alignment and collaboration throughout the product lifecycle. Your responsibilities will encompass market research, defining product vision and strategy, prioritizing features, and overseeing product development from ideation to launch. Your ultimate goal is to drive the success and growth of our products while maintaining a deep understanding of market trends, user feedback, and competitive landscapes.

Major Accountabilities:

• Product Strategy: Develop and execute product strategies that align with the company's overall business goals and market opportunities.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
• GTM: Engage in idea generation, concept validation, business case development, and in some instances financial modeling and planning
• Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define product requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
• Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain a product roadmap that prioritizes features and enhancements based on customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
• Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation through launch, growth, and eventual retirement.
• Customer Focus: Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that customer feedback and insights are integrated into product development and improvements.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish and track key performance metrics to assess product performance and inform decision-making.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work experience

Knowledge/Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or related roles.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and launching products.
• Strong understanding of product development methodologies and best practices.
• Familiarity with market research techniques and data analysis.

Skills/Abilities:

• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
