Title and Summary
Manager, Finance Business Partner Overview:A key role within the team reporting directly to the Business Leader, Financial Analysis responsible for end to end processes to ensure contractual commitment fulfillment plus ad hoc ongoing financial analysis focused in the processors and small community / credit union financial institutions space in the US.
Role:
• Work with the Business Leader in support of timely and accurate preparation of contractual obligations support, processing, tracking and monitoring.
• Provide team measurements, analytics and reporting to US Finance, Account team and other MC constituents.
• Manage/coordinate the payments process through preparation, assembly, submission, monitoring and notification of active contractual obligations. Perform monitoring and conduct periodic audits of performance results for all active business agreements.
• Responsible for all monthly/quarterly reporting deliverables: including performance tracking against plans, incentive variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring needs for the account lead and teams
• Perform ongoing financial analysis utilizing internal and external sources to support business decisions including development of presentations for the account teams on MasterCard, Industry, and Customer related topics as needed.
All About You:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or Accounting required
• Ability to deliver results in a fast paced environment with a sense of urgency and accuracy and to manage multiple activities in a condensed timeframe
• Highly organized, strong data management and analysis skills
• Team oriented with the ability to communicate effectively and develop solid working relationships across multiple levels ( including executive level)
• Client interaction as necessary
• Experience with MyMPA, EA and contract review a plus
