Title and Summary

Manager, Crypto and Digital Asset Product Partnerships Overview

The Blockchain and Digital Assets team is seeking a Manager of Partnerships for Crypto and Blockchain to help lead strategic product partnerships across Mastercard's portfolio of blockchain-related products. The manager will support identify, assess, and manage partnerships that enhance product capabilities, scale adoption, and drive revenue. This role will be based in New York City and will collaborate closely with product managers, business development, regional leads, and external partners to enable ecosystem growth and product excellence. This role will report to the Head of Crypto Product Partnerships, also based in NYC.

Key Responsibilities
· Support and develop a high-performing team of partnership managers, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous growth to deliver strategic outcomes
· Identify internal and external partnerships that enhance blockchain product capabilities or scalability, increasing the overall value proposition of our offerings.
· Help develop partnership strategy, including outreach, evaluation, and onboarding.
· Partner closely with product teams to strategically align partnership objectives with product roadmaps, ensuring seamless integration and long-term value creation across the blockchain and crypto portfolio.
· Grow existing and new relationships with top product partners to gather insights and foster innovation.
· Maintain a strong and up-to-date understanding of the blockchain ecosystem, staying actively engaged across product themes and industry developments.
· Work cross-functionally with Product, Regions, and Global Blockchain Business Development teams to execute multi-faceted partnerships.
· Represent Mastercard at industry events and webinars, contributing to thought leadership and partner engagement.

All About You

· Strong understanding and interest of the blockchain and payment ecosystems.
· Strong background in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances within decentralized and traditional finance.
· Skilled at explaining technical problems succinctly and clearly.
· Strong, confident, and exacting writer and speaker, able to communicate vision and roadmap effectively to a wide variety of stakeholders.
· Creative and analytical thinker with sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
· Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability and desire to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience in working effectively with global, cross-functional teams required.
Total Base Pay Range

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more.
