Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Office Moves & Expansion Tech Lead to join our Enterprise Operations team. This role will lead the strategic planning and execution of global office moves, consolidations, and expansion initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of IT infrastructure and technology services. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and cross-functional collaboration skills to drive operational excellence across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the end-to-end technical delivery of office moves and expansions, including IT infrastructure, network setup, multimedia services, and end-user technology readiness.
• Partner closely with Real Estate, Finance, Network, and Multimedia Services teams to align technology deliverables with business goals and project timelines.
• Collaborate with Finance to develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure compliance with financial policies.
• Oversee third-party vendors, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and timely delivery of services.
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks, best practices, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for office technology transitions.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruption to business operations during transitions.
• Drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and improve the overall employee experience during office transitions.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience leading technical teams in office moves, expansions, or infrastructure deployment projects.
• Strong project and program management skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across global regions.
• Deep technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and multimedia systems.
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration with Real Estate, Finance, Network, and Digital Experience teams.
• Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with a talent for influencing and aligning diverse teams.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving results in a fast-paced, global environment.
