Title and Summary

Graduate Launch Program 2025, Sales, Business Development & Product Management – Stockholm, Sweden Mastercard Launch
Mastercard Launch is an 18-month global development program providing recent graduates with opportunities and exposure. You will not only enhance your professional growth and skills in a global setting, you'll launch your Mastercard career. Launchers will undertake 2x 9-month rotations to gain a broaden skillset and exposure to the business and different career opportunities.

For 2025, we have Graduate Launch positions in the following functions:

Sales
- Uses analytical and problem-solving skills to provide analyses and solutions that satisfy business and customer needs and inform strategy development
- Leverages data tools to develop revenue and expense benchmarks and performance trends and maintain and update customer and sales data
- Assists with creating sales presentations, proposals and internal business case development as well as organize and follow up on customer meetings
- Works collaboratively across various internal teams to support a variety of business initiatives and customer queries.

Business Development
- Assists with the development of a sales pipeline in coordination with product development and account management teams
- Helps prepare for and participates in conversations with key decision makers about product opportunities
- Analyses customers' existing business through profitability modelling, financial forecasting and competitive analysis
- Supports existing business development relationships (e.g., government, regulators, industry bodies)

Product Management
- Assisting in analysing and interpreting user data, considering context and bias in data, and making a point to highlight data issues / inconsistencies
- Seeking to understand Mastercard's business operations and how value is created at each step of the payments value chain
- Developing awareness of key business issues and major stakeholders in own area by helping to perform research & analysis
- Asking meaningful and appropriate questions to understand and translate business requirements into desired functionality

What you'll need
- To be available for start from 1st September 2025
- To be a Final Year Masters/Undergraduate Student or to have graduated no earlier than September 2024 studying e.g. Business, Management, Economics or similar/related degrees.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong strategic and conceptual aptitude
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects concurrently
- High-energy, can-do attitude, very strong sense of ownership and desire to succeed with commensurate analytical, technical, and strategic skills
