Title and Summary

Global Product Management Deploy Consulting Mastercard Services enables customers across industries and geographies to make smarter decisions and reach better outcomes with a tailored portfolio of solutions beyond the transaction.

Deploy is one of the fastest growing services within Payments Consulting product organization. The Deploy product line provides world-class execution support services to the ecosystem of Mastercard partners – issuers, processors, merchants, fintechs – to accelerate value realization and drive seamless end-to-end deployment of our most critical advanced assets. Particularly, the products focus on 5 key client support areas:
- Helping clients implement Mastercard assets like C2P, Mastercard Move, Data platforms, etc.
- Supporting large transformation programs with proprietary PMO methodology
- Providing dedicated on-site resources to grow our common business with our clients
- Guiding fintechs into launching and growing their business
- Helping develop digital channels like digital first products, neobanks, wallets or acquiring solutions
The Global Deploy Product team is seeking a Director to drive the growth of the Deploy product offerings into emerging &/or new topics such as Consumer Engagement, Security Solutions, Innovation & Commercial.

All about the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a product owner for a set of Deploy solutions, owning the global strategy and go-to-market expansion in close partnership with the global Deploy product and regional teams
- Map regional pain points/needs and bring global product initiatives to the regions, sharing best practices, advocating new solutions, and advancing Deploy priorities
- Build a repository of materials to enable go-to-market success including use cases, FSM materials, thought leadership
- Collaborate with executive leadership, sales, marketing, delivery, and other relevant teams to align priorities and communicate value propositions effectively
- Ensure Deploy effectively advances the positioning and differentiation of the broader Payments Consulting and broader Services and Mastercard product offerings

All About You:
- Proven experience as a product, sales or client services leader with a demonstrated ability to drive growth
- Deep understanding of a subject matter relevant to one or more of Deploy Services growth pillars (topics such as Consumer Engagement, Commercial, Security Solutions, Consumer Payments)
- Fluent in English, Spanish highly desirable
- Intellectually curious with entrepreneurial attitude and a results-driven mindset
- Creative problem solver with the ability to generate “out of the box” solutions and build alignment across diverse teams
- Ability to influence with authority - anticipate and proactively address issues that may arise
- Excellent commercial thinking, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- Willingness to work across silos and experience in leading by influence
- Flexible and creative, able to not only adapt but also thrive in a constantly changing, high-growth environment
- Ability to work across geographically diverse teams and cultures
- Candidate should have relevant academic credentials as well as functional and industry experience to support their application
