Global B2B Marketing Manager The company
Mastercard has rapidly become a leading technology company offering services that power the world of payments and beyond. As a part of Mastercard's Integrated Marketing and Communications organization, the Global Marketing team for Product & Engineering is accountable for end-to-end B2B & product marketing. This includes leveraging customer, market and business insights and market knowledge to help identify, test and refine product concepts, positioning and differentiation; developing sales enablement and B2B2C tools; and developing, executing and scaling marketing plans globally.

The Global Marketing Manager works to create marketing solutions for customers, leverage Mastercard's assets and marketing platforms, and deliver a consistent and differentiated consumer and stakeholder experience.

We're recruiting for an experienced B2B marketer to join the team and help drive growth for our Consumer Products business. The candidate should be excited to work with exceptional colleagues around the globe to accelerate awareness and product sales.

The role
• Translate product strategies into successful B2B marketing strategies, including developing assets to fuel go-to-market plans for our credit, debit, and prepaid portfolios
• Define and articulate consumer-and-customer-led value propositions, positioning and compelling reasons-to-believe that reinforce the tangible benefits and competitive advantages of Mastercard's offerings.
• Translate value propositions into engaging, robust and well-thought-out narratives and sales enablement materials.
• Lead content development, production and execution of B2B and B2B2C materials and campaigns.
• Partner with regional and local country marketing teams to leverage global assets to drive local campaigns.
• Partner closely with our business teams, as well as build a strong working relationship with colleagues from across the Marketing & Communications community.
• Coordinate with events team and/or lead activations at industry events or sponsorship properties.
• Ensure all content and creative execution aligns with Mastercard brand standards and guidelines.
• Manage schedules and budgets for campaigns and content development.

About you
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders to understand their requirements, build out and deliver against plans
• Considerable marketing experience (5+ years), particularly in B2B and product marketing.
• Demonstrated success in translating complex product and/or technical information into clear and concise narratives.
• Strong leadership and standing. Influencer skills for a cross-matrixed organization with sensitivity to target audience and partners.
• Passion for the customer and user experience
• Sensitivity for multi-cultural, diverse perspectives and backgrounds
• Proven ability to build collaborative working relationships with stakeholders at the global/regional or local level.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, manage creative resources.
• Strategic mindset with ability to make quick decisions in challenging, ambiguous situations.
• Motivated self-driver, able to manage complex/multi-geography projects with a discipline for priority-setting and follow-through.

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
