Yet, many especially in the lower Mid-Market remain underserved—too large for small business solutions, yet not quite suited for enterprise-scale offerings. Recognizing this gap, Mastercard launched the Mid-Market Accelerator—a suite of tailored solutions designed to meet the unique needs of this high-potential segment. The U.S. Mid-Market team is at the forefront of this mission. We're building and scaling innovative, customer-centric products to unlock growth for these businesses. We are looking for a seasoned product manager within the US Mid-Market Product Management team to play a key role in the commercialization/go-to-market execution for Growth Products & Services within Mastercard Mid-Market Accelerator suite of solutions. The team's goal is to ensure the long-term competitiveness of our products, for existing and new use cases; addressing unmet needs in the market; and to grow revenue by delivering more value to our customers. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving product growth, highly motivated, analytical, with a commercial mindset. This person will be part of a team of product managers and drive key activities including execution of the go-to-market strategy.

Role:
• Own Mastercard Mid-Market Accelerator Growth Products & Services to grow revenue and gain market share for the U.S. region
• Analyze customer needs, anticipate future market trends, conduct competitive analysis and connect dots with Mastercard priorities
• Drive GTM and commercialization strategy for the products under management
• Lead build | partner | buy decisions for the U.S. region and support successful execution of the strategy for the U.S. region
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product sales, usage, and continuous product enhancement
• Engage with customers to capture the client feedback and identify opportunities for continuous product improvement.
• Engage with our internal account, product sales, Global product & engineering teams to advance execution of the strategy
• Develop and execute partnerships to deliver the roadmap
• Accountable for measuring and optimizing the product usage KPIs
• Serve as a subject matter expert on the products, offering support to internal and external customers with communication and training on product features and enhancements
• Leverage working knowledge of Mastercard business, systems, products and customer requirements in making fact-based business and product decisions
• Manage and own Product P&L for the region

All About You:
• Proven Product, GTM and commercialization experience
• Strong understanding of pain points and needs of Mid-market segment
• Experience with B2B card and virtual card payments, acceptance, digital payments, accounts payable, accounts receivable is preferred.
• Strong customer Focus and experience in engaging with customers
• Analytical thinker who solves problems in a structured way using data to deliver strategic recommendations
• Works with urgency to drive the delivery of tangible outcomes.
• Strong communication skills & ability to influence at all levels and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
