The Services team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing cutting-edge customer insights, Security (Fraud, Cyber & Identity), hyper personalization, and loyalty assets as well as advanced strategy consulting services that help our customers grow. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast around the globe, this team is responsible for end-to-end solutions supporting a diverse global customer base.

Role:
As the BD Financial Institutions Lead you will have the opportunity to lead the Business Development strategy & execution for Financial Institutions clients and be responsible for extending & expanding the Services portfolio at our clients.

All about you:
The BD Financial Institutions Lead's key responsibilities include:
• Take ownership of the Services Financial Industry strategy and rollout
• Be the ambassador of our key Financial Industry products, drive the agenda, and lead the conversation with senior client executives around innovative sales opportunities
• Take joy in developing and maintaining a broad network of flagship customers across Financial Industry and e-commerce
• Create customized and well-structured proposals for clients leveraging the Global network of Services product and consulting experts
• Partner with local project teams to ensure post-sale project implementation quality and identify potential follow-up sales opportunities
• Play a key role in creating awareness of Services Financial Industry products by organizing events, building thought leadership, and hosting clients at Priceless activities

Experiences & Qualifications we are looking for:

• Undergraduate degree required, Masters, MBA or relevant post graduate degree recommended
• Experience from a top-rated Financial Services, Consulting or Digital firm desirable
• Payments/banking experience, nice to have but not a must
• Entrepreneurial mindset, creativity, self-starter and strong commercial sense
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English, French and Dutch (desirable)
• Ability to multi-task independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
