Title and Summary

Mastercard Revenue Operations & Enablement, part of Revenue Accounting Services in the GBSC, is seeking a skilled Program Manager to lead a function of Operational Excellence. This role will ensure smooth and efficient business processes, identify improvement areas, and implement strategies to enhance operational performance. This role requires a strong understanding of business analysis, project management, and operational excellence.
Role:
• Identify, analyze, and recommend improvements to operational processes.
• Lead and manage complex, cross-functional programs and projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to milestones and deliverables.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Develop and implement operational assurance frameworks to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct assessments to identify operational risks and inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with teams to design and implement corrective actions and preventive measures.
• Monitor and report on KPIs to track operational performance.
• Assess and mitigate risks associated with operational processes and projects.
• Oversee the implementation of operational projects for Revenue systems and solutions.
• Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business needs.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives.
• Develop and implement metrics to monitor and evaluate operational performance.
• Prepare and present reports on operational performance and project status to senior management.
All About You:
• Proven experience in operational assurance, program management, and/or technical product management roles.
• Experience in program management, operations assurance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices in operational assurance.
• Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects.
• Technical proficiency and experience with product development and implementation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Professional certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or other relevant certifications.
• Experience in the financial services or technology industry.
